Useful resources
SLIC have recently donated a number of micro:bits to Glasgow Libraries and CGI have donated some extra kit that can be used with them. This page introduces the new kit and links to various resources on how to use it.
The micro:bit is a tiny, pocket-sized computer that has LEDs, buttons and can detect if it's moving, how much light is falling on it, send and receive messages to other micro:bits and more. Click here for more information.
The Inventor's Kit has everything necessary to create 12 experiments where the micro:bit controls some external hardware, e.g. an LED, a motor or a buzzer.
Click here for instructions and videos how to do these experiements with the Inventor's Kit.
